Working at Motivators we have unlimited access to any and every promotional calendar that we would want. I myself have often been a fan of the Puppies and Kitties wall calendar, while my office mates have chosen the Motivational Quotes calendars. Some of the guys have the muscle car calendars up. And choosing the right wall calendar can be a tough decision since we have so many options. Well, my 2008 choice was paid for and is none other than my favorite band in the whole world: Rascal Flatts. I hated that I paid $12 for a calendar, but it's Gary! It's Jay! It's Joe Don! I will admit a few Bud Lites did influence my decision to buy it (as well as several other pieces of RF merchandise at the concert), but I think I would have bought it if I had seen it in the store. It's got great pics and a nice classy design. I'm thrilled with it.
So yesterday, Carolina and I were commenting on how quickly time has flown by. I said "I can't believe tomorrow it's May." And she said, "Today is May." And I said "No, just look at my calendar." Sure enough, according to my lovely Rascal Flatts calendar yesterday was April 31st. Luckily it didn't affect the entire calendar, because I flipped the page to May and all is right with the world.
If you make the calendars, you've got to know the rhyme:
30 Days hath September
April, june and november
All the rest have 31
Except for February which has 28
But in a leap year 29
I still love my RF calendar but now I feel like I can't trust it!
